1. Eligibility & Legal Age

Participation on WPT Poker is restricted strictly to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). WPT Poker social sweepstakes games are void where prohibited by state or local law.

2. Social Sweepstakes Framework (No Purchase Necessary)

WPT Poker operates strictly under promotional sweepstakes laws. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter or win prize-eligible sweepstakes. You may acquire promotional Sweeps Coins through daily login bonuses, mail-in requests, or complimentary bonuses when receiving Gold Coins.

3. Gold Coins vs. Sweeps Coins

• Gold Coins: Entertainment tokens used strictly for fun play. Gold Coins hold no real monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.
• Sweeps Coins: Promotional tokens used in eligible games. Accumulated Sweeps Coins won through gameplay are redeemable for real cash prizes or gift cards, subject to identity verification.

4. Account Rules & KYC Verification

Users are allowed a maximum of one registered account on WPT Poker. Multiple account creation, automated bot usage, or collusion at poker tables is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of account balances. Standard Know-Your-Customer (KYC) identity verification is required prior to prize redemption.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, slot designs, graphics, and software code displayed on WPT Poker are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. World Poker Tour® and the suit symbol are registered trademarks of WPT Enterprises, Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

WPT Poker provides games on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for software interruptions, internet connectivity failures, or loss of game data.
